They did not have to have a search warrant to search his car. They had probable cause to search becasue the white saturn was leaving a known high drug area, and they had open containers. In tn they prolly would have gone for that.

Probably did. He heard them coming. I wonder who gets charged in this case? I guess they have no way of determining who the crack belongs to. What about fingerprint analysis?
I bet that crack belonged to that guy walking down the hall in the opposite direction of the cops.
