In many areas prostitution itself isn’t a crime, Bobby, it’s soliciting it that is. Because both the man and woman were engaged in soliciting the act, her selling and him buying, they are, technically, guilty of the same crime so they get the same sentence.
This is what i dont understand! why should the man who pays have to have the same consequences as the hooker?he pays,hooker gets money and sex he gets only sex.well if its an illigal activity then he should get a lesser sentence than the hooker i think its fair that way.
