Derrydump look at California for example, all of the entrepreneurs have left, the state is in the toilet and just now they are giving tax cuts to the wealthy to get them to come back. There is no incentive for people to take risks and open jobs if they don’t make enough. This idea of everyone getting paid equal is just a dream. I realize there is corruption everywhere but that is just the ABCs of it. If you tax the wealthy they will outsource jobs so they will make money. It’s a crazy balance
I have to disagree about the tax thing cmcil. About 38% of Americans don’t have an INCOME tax liability because they make peanuts for their work. If everybody got paid a fair wage they would pay more taxes. CEO’s make more, pay their workers less (if they don’t outsource their jobs). They’re the ones who pull the strings in DC. Then Beck, and co. get paid a lot of money to divert our attention from the Big guy and blame the little guy.

No, the story is not dying. That is an idiotic comment. For many, that was the last straw for ACORN. No case is meaningless. It was a great view of what the organization is about and how it operates. They did about 12 illegal things. The employees were fucking with the kids? That’s pretty funny. You know you don’t believe that. Banks have pulled away from ACORN and rightly so. It is just too shady. Had some good plans but it’s too unorganized and too many leeches are in on it.
There will be no charges there is no case and this story is dying.
1.The video is entrapment, illegal, and unable to be used in court, so NO VIDEO no case.
2. They did not do anything illegal, because it is not illegal to talk. They did not actually help at all.
3. Some of the videos the employees were fucking with the kids and new it was fake.
4. FOX news is trying to soak this for all its worth and it is starting to run dry.
This is a huge slap in the face for Obama and the rest of the liberals.

The only American’s that we should be paying their way for is our Military who give us their all. There should be no welfare, families should be responsible for families, politicians should make the same wages as a business manager $85,000 to 100k a year, and pay taxes and have the same social security and healthcare that we all do. This Country was created to be EQUAL and FREE, not just for a few so called elite or lazy , stop putting your hand out unless you expect to give or shake a hand !
There has to be a middle of the road approach to these problems though. We let the extreme leftists appointed by Obama write all of the bills passed in Congress and then the bills aren’t even read because “it takes too long?” We haveto get a little more centered in Washington. There are more people NOT paying taxes in this country right now than ARE paying taxes. This money has to come from somewhere. My mother always said you can’t get blood from a turnip. Obama needs to slow down!
I hear you cmcil. Should a kid pay for the sins of his dead beat dad who walked out his mom who’s left to work two shifts? In the last ten years salaries for big-time execs have increased 10 times over while hard working folks who work for them get shafted. Then their jobs get outsourced overseas (thanks to Clinton). In the meantime the health insurance execs are making millions off of us tax payers and deny care to 1 out of 5 sick people. And they send 100 lobbyists to DC to keep it that way.

Derrydump anytime the government takes money from someone who earned it and gives it to someone who didn’t I see that as Socialism, period. Obama is all about that. The only time I see that the people’s taxes should be used is for US Citizens that are disabled and can’t work. You have generations on welfare now. I don’t like this attitude that the government should take care of it’s citizens. You will end up with a lesser quality healthcare too if the govt (taxpayers) pays for everything.
Sure MSNBC is biased – but you have to learn the difference between a talk show (which states opinions) and the news like PBS or BBC(which just reports). If you get your ‘news’ from Keith Olbermann or Bill O’Reilly, that’s just commentary. Like I said, do your own research. Obama is not playing favorites with Iran. If we can have better relationships with the rest of the world we are safer and we don’t have to go at it alone like like we did in the past and lose so many American lives.
Oh okay Derrydump, I’m supposed to listen to CBS and MSNBC, they definitely aren’t biased and give the full story. We do have it good and it would be lovely if we could keep it that way. Right now Obama is weakening our military and shutting down nuclear weapons and apologizing for the US being so horrible in the past. Don’t you think he is weakening us, I mean really, you were in the military, do you agree with what he is doing aligning us with Iran and not Israel? Look at is history!

I am not sticking up for the Bush Administration, but since you went there, you do realize that the Congress was mostly Democratic and they are the ones passing the bills, making the laws. I am an independent and a proud US Army veteran who is more proud of his country than ever and I resent you talking about our president like that. Obama inhereted a world of problems from Bush which requires drastic measures. Now the Dems and ultra liberals have their problems, no doubt. I also agree that there should be more sensible moderate republicans in Washington. But don’t think we’ll forget the last eight years of the the worst Presidency in modern history anytime soon!
