Oklahoma City, OK USA – From JohnTV.com and the Video Vigilante. This video shows the plight of communities in OKC that are held hostage by street prostitution. Ride along as Video Vigilante Brian Bates documents prostitution and even busts a criminal or two.
You need to educate yourself on the law. I’ve been opening car doors for 13 years. The legality has come up before and while its a grey area it has been deemed not illegal as a prosecution wold come down to intent – something I have well established. Also, I do not enter, attempt to enter or break the ‘plane’ of the vehicle’s exterior. Lastly, I’ve NEVER lost a case with my video evidence regardless if I opened a car door.
This guy is going to end up a martyr.

I’m for what this guy is doing, but the second he opened that door, he is breaking the law as well. He is not a police officer and cannot force entry into someones car like that. I hope he continues to help the police with this problem, just do it legally so that the charges stick when it goes to court.
I’m from oklahoma and can say this only happens in the big cities in the center of the state, everywhere else is just small towns, they’d get caught fast!

Man, the church that the first hooker was walking by was my old church building at NW 12th and Blackwelder. It’s been years since I’ve been over in that area. In fact the church members built a new building just to get away from that area.
