No. Singapore’s laws are very strict. Don’t even try.

Guess Red light district is a place almost every country will have … anywhere got guys… This place is a need ba… Crime rate might rise if there is no Red Light District…
Rules are there to protect rights of people and property… Rules doesn’t clash with having a Red light district in a country.
in fact, it does hv. in Geylang (even numbers lane), Desker road near Little India…u can c them more esp on Fri nite…
yup of cos! geylang area (the even numbered lanes). they even have “Fish Tanks” where the girls swim in the tanks and u just point to “the one” u desire. And all the girls have gone through the proper medical check-ups and hiv tests (they need to be clean to obtain the license to sell themselves) so it’s safe and legal.

Orchard Towers. Almost all of the women are from China, Vietnam, Thailand, or the Philippines.
Rules? The rule is that what you are doing is illegal but tolerated (sort of strange for a country so conservative). Don’t flaunt it in front of Police, and don’t make a scene with a provider in front of children on the street.
Watch out, though, because different clubs in the place cater to different … interests. In some clubs there are Philippine women, in other clubs Thai women, and so on … and in some clubs TS/TVs. Be sure you know what you are getting into before you get into it.
Next door to the Hyatt hotel is a club (downstairs) that has a good band in there EVERY night, and a very large selection of women that are in business to provide what you are looking for. Expen$ive.
