There are no red light districts anymore as it´s illegat to offer “services” in Sweden as in Finland as well. Sure prostitution still is a good business for some, as it has been since beginning of time, but now everything is “underground”.
Without being for or against this kind of business, just answered your question as I know about the law concerning this question.
No, there is not, but try Malmskillinsgatan in Stockholm. If you are lucky you might have to spend some hours together with the police at the police station as it is illegal to use the services from prostitutes in Sweden.
