Ludacris lyrics “red light district”?

This is not exactly a question, but an interesting comment. My manager told me that a red light district are places in the world where prostituion is legal, such as in Europe… buildings where men go to see women in rooms and choose a woman to have sex with for money. Thats kind of interesting. Just thought i”ll put it out there.
