Notice the police just sit on their horses and dont do shit. They dont even want to do the most BASIC of police work. They are required to report any illegal activity not just refer you to VICE.

That area has many vewrnal pools which the environmentalprotectors should be crying over. Where are they on this issue. Development has been kept from the area for years, supposedly to protect the vernal pools. Now that property v alues have risen, and the illegals are in construction, it is or was economical to exploit the vernal pools, and develope the area, which was then sold off to those who could not afford it, by use of sub-prime loans.
