Just curious, are there any countries where drugs (that are illegal on the U.S) and prostitution are 100% legal, and those same countries aren’t royally screwed up by the legality of those vices? If so, which countries are they, or do they even exist?

I have worked in many of them for many years & I am so damn tired of the drugs, prostitution, and the mean bitches that inhabit these places. I have one particular club that I would like to report. If someone can please tell me how I can do this I would greatly appreciate it.
