Is Kaiserstrasse a red-light district in Frankfurt?

I’m going to Frankfurt for 2-days, and I’m looking for a hostel to spend the night.
This Stay and learn Hostel (http://www.hostelsweb.com/hostelsweb.com/hostel.php?HostelNumber=485) in Kaiserstrasse seems pretty well situated but I’m afraid it in a red -light district? Does anyone know the place?
