Is it safe to bring kids to the Patpong night markets in Bangkok?

I’ll be traveling to Bangkok soon and I am wanting to do some shopping at the patpong night markets… I know it is in the middle of the red light district but would it be safe and decent enough to bring my 2 teenagers??
